2. What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Message content
- Technical data sent with the request (date, browser user-agent, and if provided by the form provider, approximate IP)
We do not create user accounts and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
3. Why we process this data
- Purpose: answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and manage a potential business relationship.
- Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): your consent (checkbox on the form) and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to B2B requests.
- We do not use this data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who receives the data
Data is received by Divuba Consulting and by the technical providers needed to operate the form and host the site:
- Microsoft Azure (website hosting)
- Formspree (contact form delivery — same endpoint as divuba.be)
These providers may process data in the EU and/or the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange (same rule as divuba.be), unless a contract or legal obligation requires a longer period. Accounting records: 7 years.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.
If you are in the United States (including Ohio), you may request access to or deletion of the personal information you submitted through this site, subject to applicable state law.

7. International audience
This site is intended for business clients in Europe and internationally, including the United States and Ohio. Regardless of where you are located, we apply this policy to contact-form data.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to incoming messages is limited to people who need them to reply.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page will change when we do.
